Dear Applicants,

Since we have received several reports that some applicants experienced problems accessing their BewO results, we would like to take this opportunity to provide everyone who has received an acceptance letter with the most important preliminary information regarding Student Admission Day on Tuesday, July 28, 2026.

You cannot accept a spot at the Bad Mergentheim Business School online. To accept the spot, you must appear in person on the student enrollment day (July 28, 2026), as we still need additional information from you, such as your course selections.

The following documents must be brought with you on the day of student registration, Tuesday, July 28, 2026:

• Certified copy of the diploma (if it has not yet been submitted)
• Copy of the birth certificate (Business High School only)
• Resume in table format (if not already submitted)
• Written acceptance of a school placement, signed by the legal guardian (for minors)
• Completed and signed iPad contract
• Pre-filled Course Selection Form (Business High School Only)

Registration will take place in the auditorium of the Bad Mergentheim Business School, located at Wachbacher Straße 42, at the following times:

• 8:15 a.m.: Business High School (WGW/WGI)
• 10:00 a.m.: Business School (2BFW)
• 11:00 a.m.: Vocational High School for Foreign Languages (2BKFR1)
• 12:00 p.m.: Commercial Vocational High School I (1BK1W)
• 1:00 p.m.: Commercial Vocational High School II (1BK2W)

Students who use public transportation must fill out an order form for the D-Ticket JugendBW. It can be downloaded at the following address:

The order form must be printed out, signed, and mailed to VGMT, I-Park Tauberfranken 8, 97922 Lauda-Königshofen. Important: Please enter the exact name of the school type, e.g., Bad Mergentheim Commercial School – Business High School / Vocational College / Vocational College with Foreign Language / Business School. The deadline is Friday, July 31, 2026. The tickets will then be mailed during the summer break.

We place a high priority on preparing for the future and digitalization. That is why we are providing our students with iPads. You can find more information about this in a letter to parents and the user agreement.
