Pre-qualification Year for Work and Career for Youth Without Sufficient German Language Skills
Youth aged 15 and older who are required to attend vocational school but lack sufficient German language skills fulfill their vocational school requirement in VABO classes at vocational schools. In the Main-Tauber district, they must register centrally with the executive principal for VABO classes at vocational schools.

The executive principal is responsible for assigning students to the individual vocational schools.
Students will then be notified directly by the school that has accepted them.
Adolescents between the ages of 15 and 18 who do not have sufficient German language skills must complete their compulsory schooling in special courses offered by vocational schools (VABO).
Applications for enrollment of adolescents in VABO classes at vocational schools in the Main-Tauber district must be addressed exclusively to the executive principal of the vocational schools (Geschäftsführender Schulleiter).
